The late Khaja Abdul Hameed Ansari Sahab was an Ahmadi by birth, he was very sincere and amiable and had a lot of commitment and obedience to the Khilafat. he got an opportunity to serve jamaat for a long time. For a long time gathered whole family members for offering prayers. Got an opportunity to teach the Holy Quran in Jamaati mosques for a long time. When he became very weak, he use to take Quran class at home, in which Ansar, Khuddam, Lajna and Atfal use to attend the class. He passed away on December 15, 2023 at the age of 73, We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return. He was in Saudi Arabia from 1973 to 1990, where he had the privilege of performing Hajj seven times. In the early years of his stay in Saudi Arabia, he also had the opportunity to enter the Kaaba and offer Nawafil inside kaaba. He was one of the founding members of Jamaat Taif and served as President of Jamaat Taif. After returning to India in 1991, he served as Amir Jamaat Ahmadiyya Hyderabad for 10 years. He had a deep study of the books of the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) and the Khulafa. He had immense love for the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) and had high respect for Promised Messiah's (on whom be peace) family. He treated waqfe zindagi with great kindness and respect and took care of their personal needs. The deceased was a very brave and fearless person who was regular in Salaah and fasting, and had sincerity and loyalty to the Khilafat. The deceased was moosi. Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons and two daughters. The deceased was the father of Mohtaram Irfan Ahmed Qureshi (National Secretary Jaidad UK). Hazur Aqdas (May Allah be his helper) graciously offered his Namaze Janaza in absentia at Masjid Mubarak London on Saturday, 13th January 2024.
